Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) Gin
- 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) Raspberry syrup or grenadine
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) Dry vermouth
- 1 Egg white
- Raspberry or lemon twist for garnish
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, raspberry syrup or grenadine, dry vermouth, and the egg white from one egg.
- Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again vigorously for another 15-20 seconds to chill the drink.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass or a martini glass.
- Garnish your Clover Club with a raspberry or lemon twist.
- Serve!
