Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) Dark rum
- 1 oz (30 ml) Light rum
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) Passion fruit juice or syrup
- 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 oz (7.5 ml) Simple syrup
- 1/4 oz (7.5 ml) Grenadine
- Orange slice and cherry for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- Pour dark rum, light rum, passion fruit juice or syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice, simple syrup, and grenadine into the shaker.
- Shake the ingredients vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to properly chill and blend the flavors.
- Strain the shaken cocktail into a hurricane glass or a tall glass filled with ice.
- Garnish your Hurricane with an orange slice and a cherry.
