Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) Aged rum (Jamaican or Martinique rum, preferably)
- 3/4 oz (22.5 ml) Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) Orange curaçao
- 1/4 oz (7.5 ml) Orgeat syrup
- 1/4 oz (7.5 ml) Simple syrup
- Mint sprig and lime wheel for garnish
- Crushed ice
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with crushed ice.
- Pour aged rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, orange curaçao, orgeat syrup, and simple syrup into the shaker.
