Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) Tequila (preferably blanco)
- 1 oz (30 ml) Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 oz (30 ml) Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) Simple syrup or agave syrup (optional)
- Splash of grapefruit soda or Jarritos grapefruit soda
- Ice cubes
- Lime or orange wedge for garnish
- Salt or Tajín (optional, for rimming)
Instructions
- If desired, rim a clay pot or highball glass with salt or Tajín by moistening the rim with a lime or orange wedge and dipping it into a plate of salt or Tajín. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- In the glass filled with ice, pour tequila, freshly squeezed lime juice, freshly squeezed orange juice, and freshly squeezed grapefruit juice.
- Add simple syrup or agave syrup to taste, depending on your preference for sweetness.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
