- 2 oz (60 ml) Cachaça (Brazilian sugarcane spirit)
- 1 Lime, cut into wedges
- 2 teaspoons Granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Lime wheel or wedge for garnish (optional)
In a rocks glass or an Old Fashioned glass, add the lime wedges and granulated sugar.
Muddle the lime wedges and sugar together. Gently press the limes to release their juices and mix them with the sugar.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
