- 2 oz (60 ml) Gin
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) Freshly squeezed lime juice

- 3-4 drops Orange flower water (optional but traditional)
- 1 Egg white
- 1 oz (30 ml) Heavy cream or half-and-half

- Ice cubes
Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes.
Add gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, simple syrup, orange flower water (if using), egg white, and heavy cream to the shaker.
Shake vigorously for about 1-2 minutes. This extended shaking time is crucial to achieve the desired frothiness.
Strain the mixture into a highball glass or a large Collins glass without ice.
Top off the glass with club soda, pouring it slowly to avoid disrupting the foam.
If desired, garnish your Ramos Gin Fizz with a lemon or lime twist.
